Program Details

  • Conference Platform Technical Requirements | Attendance Information
    TXD provides each Attendee (Virtual and In-Person) with an invitation and instructions to access the conference platform. Participants are responsible for ensuring that: they have the needed equipment; it is functioning; it is compatible with the conference platform; and they know how to use it.

    TXD‘s Hybrid Conference is conducted using Cvent Conference Attendee Hub. The Attendee Website is compatible with the latest versions of these web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. The Cvent Events app requires iOS 13 and higher or Android 9 and higher.

    The following devices support the Cvent Events app: iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, iPad 4th generation, iPad Air 1st generation, iPad Mini 3rd generation, iPod Touch 6th generation, and older Apple devices are not supported. The Cvent Events app can only be downloaded on devices that have access to the App Store or Google Play Store. Kindle Fire and other devices that use the Amazon App Store are not supported.

    For Virtual Attendees, you must have access to a computer with an internet connection to participate and an audio connection (computer mic and speaker) to participate in Collaborative Sessions. It is recommended that you participate from a quiet location where there will be few distractions.

    Conference Platform Recordings
    Conference event participants should be aware that the live and/or collaborative sessions they attend will be recorded. TXD holds a perpetual license to copy, distribute, make videos, DVDs, CDs, publish, reproduce the recording, to post the recording on its website, to sell the recording or any copy or derivative thereof, to market and publicize the recording, all without any fee or compensation paid or to be paid to participants by TXD.

    Prohibition of Recording: Recording of any sounds or visual images and use of any recording device now known, or later developed, is prohibited unless prior written permission has been expressly granted by TXD.

  • TXD is committed to the health and safety of our Conference Participants. in-person events held by TXD will maintain the highest of safety standards to protect the well-being of our attendees, speakers and staff. Click Here to to view content in full.

    1.  Hotels and venues vetted for highest safety standards and agree to practice thorough sanitation rituals during TXD’s event.

    2.  Capacity limitations placed in all meeting spaces per CDC recommendations and attendees grouped accordingly.

    3.  Complimentary hand sanitizing stations and face masks provided throughout designated event spaces.

    4.  All food is either plated or served. There will be no tray-passed items or buffet-style meals.

    5.  Self-serve stations (such as coffee) equipped with sanitizing materials for self-sanitizing.

    6.  Meeting spaces sanitized at the conclusion of each session and all wipeable surfaces disinfected by staff (includes chairs, podiums, AV equipment, door handles and other touchable surfaces).

    7.  All staff outfitted with essential PPE.

    8.  All attendee materials prepared on-site will be handled using essential PPE.

    9.  Attendees asked to follow social distancing and sanitation guidelines per federal, state and local policy.

    10.  On-site safety protocols will be monitored.
